Ethical Principles and Publication Policy
RATS is electronic peer reviewed international journal committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. It is abbreviated as “Rats”. In order to provide our readers with a journal of highest quality we state the following principles of Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement adopted from Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors and Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers, published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All articles not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication if malpractice is discovered at any time even after the publication.
One of the priorities of the editorial team is to publish quality papers. The integrity of the content published is an essential point and should be ensured during the review and the edition processes and when publishing papers. To that purpose, all the actors of a RATS publication, authors, reviewers and members of the editorial team are expected to fully adhere to our policy regarding publication ethics and malpractice, and respect the statements.
